Community Guidelines

Getmesoon is a place to make genuine connections. These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed so everyone can feel safe and respected. They apply to your profile, your messages and all of your activity on the Service. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, warnings, suspension or a permanent ban.

This is a template. Replace all [BRACKETED] placeholders with your company's details and have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publishing.

1. Be authentic

  • Use your real identity, age and recent photos of yourself. No fake, impersonating or misleading profiles.
  • One person, one account. Don't run multiple or commercial accounts.
  • Don't use someone else's photos or content, or post images you don't have the rights to.

2. Be respectful — no harassment or hate

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or intimidation of any kind.
  • No hate speech or content that attacks or demeans people based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
  • “No” means no. Respect other people's boundaries and consent in conversation.

3. Keep it appropriate — nudity and sexual content

  • No nudity, pornographic, or sexually explicit images in profiles or public areas of the Service.
  • No unsolicited sexual content or messages. Don't pressure anyone for explicit photos or sexual interactions.
  • No sexual content involving anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor — this is never tolerated and will be reported to authorities.

4. No solicitation, spam or scams

  • No advertising, promotion, recruiting, or selling of products or services.
  • No requests for money, gifts, bank or payment details, or investment “opportunities”. Be alert to romance scams.
  • No spam, repetitive messages, off-platform link farming, or directing users to external sites for fraudulent purposes.

5. No minors

  • Getmesoon is strictly for adults 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances.
  • Any content that sexualises or endangers a minor will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

6. No violence or dangerous behaviour

  • No threats of violence, promotion of self-harm, or glorification of violent or dangerous acts.
  • No content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or organised criminal activity.

7. No illegal activity

  • Don't use Getmesoon for anything illegal, including drugs, weapons, trafficking, prostitution, or sharing illegal content.
  • Don't share others' private information without consent (“doxxing”).

8. Reporting and enforcement

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it. You can report or block any user directly within the app (open their profile or chat and tap Report/Block), or contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Depending on the severity and history of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove or hide content.
  • Issue a warning.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently ban an account and associated accounts.
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement.

9. Appeals

If you believe we took action on your account or content in error, you can appeal by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account details and a description of the situation. We will review eligible appeals and respond within a reasonable time. Decisions on serious safety violations (such as those involving minors or violence) may be final.
